Brad is an attorney at Narvid Scott, LLP. Located in Encino, CA, his practice centers on real estate, engaging in both litigation and transactional work. He represents clients in a wide range of matters including acquisitions, dispositions, corporate formation, development, leasing, syndication, real estate tax matters, brokerage, financing, and litigation. His clients range from individual investors, corporations, and institutions across all asset classes of real estate, including residential, multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and hospitality.

 

 

His perspective, gained from practicing both trial and transactional law, is an asset that benefits clients.  He has experience dealing with real estate related legal issues from all sides of the spectrum, whether it be the perspective of the plaintiff, defendant, partner, buyer, or seller.  In addition to his legal practice, Brad has extensive experience in real estate brokerage.  He is the Managing Partner and founder of Keyes Real Estate, a full service residential and commercial real estate brokerage located in Eagle Rock.

 

 

Raised in Westwood, Brad is a graduate of UCLA and Loyola Law School.  An avid boxer and basketball player, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife, Annie, their son Bo, and their two rescue German Shepherds, Frankie and Titus, at their home in Eagle Rock, snowboarding in Mammoth, or at the beach.
